Who controls your data

What we keep
Your email address, the date you accepted the terms, and your newsletter choice. For orders: your name, delivery address and order details. Your photo and your design stay in your browser. The product pictures on the site are made in your browser too. Only when you order does the print file of your design (the lino version, not your photo) go to our file storage and to our print partner, Printful, to print your order.
Why
To send your files and your order (contract). To send the newsletter, only if you ticked the box (consent). To keep accounts for tax (legal duty).
Who we share it with
Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (print file storage), Brevo (email lists and order emails), Upstash (our order records, and counters of photos, downloads and the steps of the tool, which hold no personal data and store nothing on your device), our print partner (to make and post your order), Plausible (visit counts with no cookies and no personal data), Vercel (site hosting, and Vercel Web Analytics: visit counts and page speed, with no cookies and no personal data).
How long
Print files: 90 days. Order records: 6 years, for tax. Email: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion. Email hello@pulpoprints.com. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
