Your own designs
An item with a design that you made is personalised for you. So the 14-day right to cancel does not apply (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, regulation 28).
PULPO! Originals from the shop
You can cancel an order of a shop design in 14 days from delivery, with no reason. Email hello@pulpoprints.com, then send the item back unused in 14 days. You pay the return postage. We refund the item and the standard delivery cost in 14 days after the item arrives.
Faulty or damaged items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or wrong, email hello@pulpoprints.com in 30 days with a photo. We send a new item or a full refund.
Lost parcels
If your parcel does not arrive in 15 working days, email us. We send it again.
